How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
Returns
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Totals Store (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

отличные шортики. взяла s. мои параметры об 96 от 72. на фото постаралась максимально показать что они еще спокойно тянуться, но все равно несмотря на это очень сильно утягивают и талию и ноги, так что это имейте ввиду что могут жать. ну и при наклонах сеточка больше просвечивается . но мне все нравится, как я и хотела. шорты бомба, сегодня в зале и опробую их в деле

En la foto intenté mostrar lo más posible que aún se estiran tranquilamente, pero aún así aprietan mucho tanto en la cintura como en las piernas, así que Tenedlo en cuenta que pueden apretarse. Bien, y con las inclinaciones de la esfera se trasluce más. Pero me gusta todo como quería. Los pantalones cortos de bombas, hoy en el Salón ya los probaré en la funda
Отличные шорты. Очень яркие и приятные на ощупь. Первый раз заказывала желтые, но к сожалению они пришли с каким-то пятном на штанине. Оно не отстиралось, но пообщавшись с продавцом он сказал, что отправит новые и я попросила зеленые, на что продавец согласился. Швы у шорт ровные, нет лишних ниток, пришли в зип пакете, посторонних запахов нет. Белье под них нужно бесшовное. В желтых только телесное, просвечивают. В зеленых не так заметно, можно бельё других цветов. Когда потеешь, на шортах этого не видно - огромный плюс. Довольно высокие, поэтому в талии во время тренировок резинка загибается. На талию 69, бедра 93, вес 56 брала S, сели хорошо, так как отлично тянутся. Трек отслеживался, пришли за 2 недели. Продавец общительный, отвечает быстро, товар рекомендую.
Excelentes pantalones cortos. Muy brillantes y agradables al tacto. La primera vez que pedí los amarillos pero lamentablemente llegaron con alguna mancha en el pantalón. No se ha lavado pero hablando con el vendedor me dijo que enviaría unos nuevos y pedí los verdes que el vendedor aceptó. Las costuras del Short son lisas, no hay hilos sobrantes, venían en una bolsa con ZIP, no hay olores extranjeros. La ropa interior por debajo necesitan costuras. En amarillo solo el cuerpo, se trasluce. En verdes no se nota tanto, se puede lavar con otros colores. Al pisar no se ve en el Short es un gran plus. Bastante altos, por lo que en la cintura durante el entrenamiento el elástico se troquela. En cintura 69, cadera 93, peso 56 cogí S, me quedó bien ya que estira perfectamente. El Track se rastreó, llegó en 2 semanas. El vendedor es comunicativo, responde rápido, recomiendo el producto.
176 85/63/92 excelente llegó en la talla. En calidad de la bomba! Aprietan bien la figura y sujetan el vientre. El material es agradable, se estira perfectamente! Iluminan un poco por lo que la ropa interior es seca y negra, en mi ropa interior azul y se ve el contorno y en el sol el color

Para los parámetros 65*92 pedí la M, quedaron perfectos, seguro que pediré los negros, ya que esta vez quería pedir los negros en lugar de los azules, pero no había talla disponible (pasteles calientes parecen estos pantalones cortos)).

цвет яркий, красивый. сели хорошо, только попа странно выглядит. видимо такие лосины подходят только девушкам с большой попой, а не моей плоской. а так все хорошо, с майкой чуть подлиннее вообще супер.
